Welcome to the Grace Baptist Church Senior Pastor Search Page! This site will serve as the online center for information regarding the search process for our new Senior Pastor. A vital element of this site will be this pastoral search blog.
This blog will serve as a place where the Elders and the Pastor Search Committee will share information, provide answers to key questions, and share how the people of Grace Baptist Church may pray during the pastoral search.
The Pastoral Search Committee has already been at work for several weeks, meeting regularly and working on laying a foundation for the process ahead. The focus is currently on outlining a strategy for the search characterized by collaboration with the Elders, current staff, and our congregation. Our meetings are characterized by prayer, discussing resources that will provide wisdom throughout the search process, and considering the process.
